Job Description

Experience is not required as full training and support will be given and will include the Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship, Care Certificate and Functional Skills, but we recommend you have:

• Good communication skills
• A willingness to learn
• Reliable
• Flexible, compassionate and keen to progress

The role includes shift work and bank holidays and alternate weekends.

Job role includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting residents with meals
• Assisting with dressing and personal care
• Housekeeping duties
• Helping residents with activities
• Attending activities on and off site
• Helping residents to remain as independent as possible

Post holder may required to undertaking other duties within the spirit of the post.

Salary: £5.00 /hour
