The roles responsibilities and Person Specification will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
Sourcing candidates through Headhunting, Networking and Job adverts.
Create adverts, marketing/recruitment campaigns through social media.
Assisting with registrations of new candidates, Interviewing prospective new employees.
Assisting candidates in applying for DBS and chasing references.
Ensure recruitment process is compliant and remain compliant to CQC Health care standards.
Generating new business; cold calling businesses to build your desk and business.
Place temporary & Permanent roles
Building relationships and regularly consulting clients and candidates, to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail will be paramount to this role coupled with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong administration experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suites including Outlook, Excel and Word
High energy, Highly driven, tenacious individual
Experience in recruitment, health care or administration
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to use own initiative including Excellent sales & negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Problem solving ability.
